Tiny Makeup Haul | 31 Days Challenge

15:56:00

Well I am back with another haul. Yes, a haul, again. Um, actually I only got three products. I should not call it as a haul, am I? Sigh.
But there are some funny conversations with mum.

^ ^ ^
Mum: I finally know where your money went.
Me: I bought you some present for mother’s day.
Mum: Makeup, huh?
Me: We can share. Muah

When I first started wearing eye makeup, I stick to basic brown-blackish colour. But a few months ago I wanted to try some crazy and bold eye makeup look. And then I saw this amazing and beautiful eyeshadow palette from the talented KAT VON D. I want to buy it the second I saw it but there was some shipping problem (again) and I cannot lead my hand on it. Also, unfortunately it is a limited edition. How sad is that!!!! But a few months later, I saw L.A. Girls NEONS Palette and bought it. It is cheap and has quite some variety of colours. I am not saying L.A. Girls can replace KET VON D but I think it will do the job too.

The following two products are not new. I think they have been out for last a year but I still wanted to try them.
I saw so many people comparing the Maybelline Baby Skin Pore Eraser with the Benefit POREfessional face primer and wanted to check them out myself in order to find out their difference. There are people said that the Maybelline Baby Skin Pore Eraser was quite sticky and the Benefit POREfessional face primer was not. I will do a review on the Benefit POREfessional face primer later. Also, I did a quick try-on of the Maybelline primer and do not feel sticky. It may be the different feeling between people. If I said that product is sticky, it means that it is really sticky and makes me feel so uncomfortable. I have not tried it on my face yet but I will do it later.

This is the It Radiant CC Cream from Banila Co. Banila Co. is a Korea makeup brand. I know CC Cream is such an out dated product but I wanted to do a comparison between BB Cream and CC Cream. That is why I bought it. And I bought a BB Cream from Bobbi Brown before.

  6. I'm not sure I could ever pull off neon eyeshadow looks but props to you for trying! I've also heard the Maybelline primer was a good dupe so I'd be interested to see a comparison of the two x
