How To Have A Productive Day?

Sometimes when works caught us and we simply did not have enough time. We will want to be more productive on that day and that day will be one day before deadline, just kidding. But seriously sometimes I am that kind of person.

Luckily I have a list of things that ‘make’ me more productive. These are my tips, they may or may not work on everybody. But hopefully they can help you.

WAKE UP EARLY
It has always been my number one tip. When waking up early than you used to be, it seems like you have more time than you used to have. I know waking up early is hard but once you get through that part. It feels so great and motivation.

TO-DO LIST
Write a TO-DO LIST the night before so when you wake up in the morning that is the first thing you will see. (Clock does not count)

TIDY YOUR DESK
Do this the night before too. When you wake up and see a nice and tidy desk in front of, you feel good. And you want to get to work as soon as possible. An organize desk does help.

ONE STEP AT A TIME
Finish what is on your hand then move on to another work. I know multitasking sounds better. But I found it quite stressful as there are lots of works I need to handle at that moment. If I move on to another work before finishing one, I found it better. The quality of the work is better and less distracted.

LISTEN TO OPERA
Yes listen to opera instead of pop music. And remember to play it in the very low sound.

So they are ways to have a productive day. What about you guys?

  6. I totally agree and I generally manage to do all of these EXCEPT waking up early. I actually would love to wake up early but I don't know why I find it almost impossible lol
